Are you a master at turning business demands into working site functionality? Do you truly enjoy being the link between business and tech? Do you have the patience and perseverance of Sisyfos and the jolly disposition of Mary Poppins. Not least, do you want to be part of creating the fossil free future? Well, then you should continue reading.

We are looking for our next Product Hero (let's call it Product Owner (PO) for clarity) to help us develop the best solar power site around. Your main job will be to manage the product and stakeholder input. The PO is responsible for translating stakeholder demands into user stories and work with our Scrum Master/Tech Project Manager to make them come alive in the best possible way.

What you will be doing

  • Collect and structure business demands and translate them into product requirements
  • Build efficient ways of working
  • Define the vision for the product
  • Create and maintain the product road map based on the vision
  • Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
  • Develop user stories
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks in order to maximize business value
  • Together with SM/TPM facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos and refinement
  • Work closely with the development team to make sure the requests and the value of those requests are clear
  • Follow up on progress and report back to stakeholders
  • Solve any issues that might arise along the way

You will be a part of Svea Solars awesome (if me might say so about ourselves) marketing team and report to our Global Head of Digital Sales and Marketing, Johan Ydring.

Who we hope you are

  • Truly knowledgeable in e-commerce, product management, and agile ways of working
  • Enjoys interaction with other people (both on Teams and in real life)
  • Great understanding of online business
  • Someone who thrives in a fast pace environment
  • A genuinely nice person
  • Someone who believes in what we do (you probably don't buy plastic bags just for fun and you have at least thought about how you think that Greta seems to have a point)
  • Embraces the Product Vision
  • A story teller and a good (or even great) communicator
  • A problem solver who understands customer expectations

What we guess you have done

  • Worked in a similar role at a large(-ish) company
  • Have experience from a tech-intense environment
  • Worked with SCRUM, KanBan and/or other agile methods
  • Been close to the business side (writing business cases etc)
  • Had a few good years at the university within business, tech or marketing
  • Experience in the basics of CRO

Not all heros were capes, but if you like to you are more than welcome. We strongly believe in equal opportunity and self expression.
