In the role as Business Development Manager B2B you will be responsible for our recently launched Solar Rental offering for commercial and industrial customers. You will be a key player in setting our long term roadmap for the B2B rental offering based on Svea Solar’s overall strategy and be responsible for executing on that roadmap on both long and short term. You will quickly become Svea’s B2B solar leasing expert and support our B2B sales team in making business cases, building sales pitches, and participate in sales meetings. This probably means that you already have either industry or functional experience from a similar field.
In a nutshell, it's about taking global ownership for Svea Solar’s B2B rental offering and driving both short- and long-term development of the offering across our 5 markets while providing hands on sales support for strategic customers.
Your work will include tasks such as:
Be responsible for the value proposition, sales arguments, product bundling, go-to-market, pricing and positioning of the B2B rental offer
Together with advisors setting up PPA structures for on-site commercial solar installations
Drive solar rental sales by working with senior leadership, local sales teams and global support functions across Svea Solar
Take role as the Svea B2B rental product expert and work closely with local markets in providing sales support and participate in sales meetings
Provide sales support to local B2B sales representatives including financing recommendations and providing customer specific sales material (presentations, business cases, cash flow projections)
Develop, plan and execute a product roadmap that aligns with Svea Solar strategy on both long and short term
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful development of your offering including new market launches,
Ensure an efficient and scalable B2B rental sales process
Ensure that the rental offering is compliant with financing requirements and regulations
Ownership of our rental standard T&C’s and work with legal advisors to implement contractual updates as needed when offering is developed

7+ years of total work experience
Experience from B2B sales
Experience from international expansion
Experience from setting up and/or selling PPAs
A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in a relevant area
If you, on top of these things also have experience from the energy- or real estate sector where you have worked with complex sales or business development processes in a consultative manner, we would consider it as a very strong merit.
