As a result of our hypergrowth we are now looking to strengthen our organization with a Head of Supply Chain in our Swedish organization. You will play an important role in developing and managing a world class Supply Chain function from our logistics to operational purchasing on our journey towards a more sustainable future. You will be a part of the Swedish organization and report to our MD in Sweden Mats Lindelöw, where you will also join the Swedish management team to drive overarching activities and represent the supply chain function. In addition, you will be working closely with our global CSCO Christer Kollberg.
What you'll do
Drive and steer the Swedish supply chain for optimal results while working in collaboration with our global supply chain function
Create, implement and ensure compliance with processes and procedures for logistics activities and footprint in Sweden
Develop and implement processes related to both our direct and indirect purchases
Analyze spend, handle negotiations and drive cost improvements related to our purchasing and logistics costs
Set goals (OKR) and govern E2E supply chain performance in Sweden through metrics and a continuous performance improvement
Ensure we have a good material supply and balanced stock levels for a well performing operations
Lead and coach colleagues in the supply chain organization - guide logistics personnel and purchasers in their roles and responsibilities as well as implementations of global supply chain strategies
Be part of the Swedish management team to drive overarching initiatives and develop the Swedish organization

You always strive to push yourself and help others to achieve results by adjusting your communication to fit the audience and the message.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Materials, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or higher.
Previous experience with overarching responsibility in Supply Chain / Logistics / Purchasing
Certification in Logistics, Transportation and Purchasing, or Lean Six Sigma is a plus
Proficient with technology and able work with data to provide detailed analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be detailed oriented, proactive in anticipating requirements and able to work efficiently with minimal direction in a sometimes high pressure environment
Ability to travel when business needs arise
Strong motivational, training, and people skills
Fluent in Swedish and English
