An opportunity to execute a future state technical vision with end-to-end ownership
Being in hypergrowth we need to be fast, flexible and agile in our decisions and way of working. Therefore, we want to maximize the use of the Salesforce platform; not only are we rolling out Service Cloud, but we also use Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service and Service Cloud Voice. All in all, we want to utilize the full capacity of the Salesforce platform.
As CRM Solution Lead you’ll be responsible for collecting business requirements, architecture, solution designs and roll out. You’ll act as the link between the business and the technology, bringing technical solutions to the needs of the business. You will be reporting to our Head of CRM (Jonny) who is responsible for cross-cloud alignment and 360 view of the customer journey.
It also means working closely with our developers, translating the solution into high level/low level design, perform lead design/code reviews and follow through build phase and implementation.
The team handles the need of multiple business areas in five countries and you will together work to build and maintain a scalable structure that works globally across both business areas and departments. You will be responsible for building interfaces in Salesforce for integration with the other enterprise systems/products like Azure, Business Central as well as external partners.
Review and analyze business needs and provide feedback to the functional domain architects and product owners in line with the product vision
Document the architecture and design and provide direction to the development teams for implementation
Work with Salesforce developers and IT-teams within Svea Solar to implement the technical solution associated with the requirements following the set architecture and design
Perform QA during the build, test and ensure UAT cycle to safeguard build quality
Plan and setup processes & tools for post-production support.
Simply put, we’re looking for a technical lead who can execute a future state technical vision with end-to-end ownership.
