No companies can exist without people. So, some might say that would make Talent Acquisition the most important function in any business. If you agree, you’re probably somewhat biased (like us!), but most likely (like us!) passionate about TA. We’re now expanding our Talent Acquisition team with a Global TA Lead. The better talents we bring on board, the faster we can fix the planet. We’re currently the #1 solar solution provider in Sweden and top 3 in Europe. But our goal is to cover 80% of Europe by 2026.

In this role, you will work closely with our expansion team to build up management teams in new markets as well as helping existing Managing Directors in our current markets expand their management teams. Our current markets are Sweden, Germany, Spain, Belgium & The Netherlands – but we’ve only just begun taking over Europe with solar-as-a-service and that means many more European markets are around the corner for us. That’s where you come in. You will belong to a centralized team of Global Recruitment Leads & report directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with Europe as your playing field.

Drive end-to-end recruitments (from sourcing to signing)
Deliver a first-class candidate & hiring manager experience
Support & advise hiring managers on their talent strategy & team planning
Source new & own current external recruitment agency contacts
Execute and/or drive Talent Acquisition projects together with the global TA team
Continuously drive improvements within the TA space together with the global TA team
To be successful in this role we think you have experience from some, or all, of the below:
