The role

ERP! ERP! ERP! As our Supply Chain Development Specialist, you'll be our guiding star in securing quality and efficient working methods in our supply chain ERP-processes. You will have a global scope working together with all Svea Solar countries (5 today and many more to come!) to ensure continuous improvements of supply chain best practice. We also hope that you, through your ability to establish trust, will support all internal supply chain organizations and other stakeholders in ERP-related matters. 

In detail

• Support local supply chain organizations in process improvements to secure logistical operational performance in all Svea Solar countries
• Responsible for training local supply chain organizations in best practice operational processes and support systems
• Company-wide ERP superuser for supply chain (Dynamics 365 - Business Central)
• Supply Chain software owner (TMS, WMS, Demand, etc.)
• Point-of-contact for supply chain improvement planning for the global organization
• Global resource for local supply chain development and support during growth phases
• Escalation point-of-contact for operational issues in need of investigation
• Develop, improve and maintain global guidelines for supply chain best practice
• Support transition and handover from project to supply chain operations

With this said, we have a few things that we find important to succeed in this role:

• 3+ years of experience from a similar role within supply chain
• A master at owning the ERP scope, streamlining and improving processes 
• Fluent skills in English (Other language such as Swedish, German, Spanish or Dutch would be considered a plus)
• Bachelors degree or higher within relevant field 
• Serviceminded at heart who loves to be the expert and main POC for the business
