As Product Lead for EV Charging you’ll get the opportunity to take full ownership of the EV Charging product portfolio. Your mission will be to tailor Svea Solar’s product-market combinations to meet the needs of our customers. Your responsibility will be to ensure a competitive offering with an appealing product roadmap. Simply put, it’s about creating an attractive EV Charging offer.
You will be responsible for our capability to deliver customer value within EV charging to all our customers, today and tomorrow. You will have a global scope working towards all our markets (five countries today, many more to come!) and report to our Head of EV Charging Rebecka Casselbrant (she won’t mind if you stalk her a bit).
Value proposition, sales arguments and positioning of your products
Develop, plan and execute a product roadmap focusing on creating value to our customers
Product launches and continuously improving the product portfolio
Understanding customer needs through market analysis and stakeholder input
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to secure the success of your product

We believe that you have a strong interest and understanding of both business and technology. Hoping that you, through your strong leadership capabilities, has the ability to move your product category forward.
With that said, we have a few things that we find important to succeed in this role:
Experience from product management, including product launches, preferably from both B2B and B2C
Working internationally across several markets, preferably in rapid expansion
A Bachelor’s degree or higher within a relevant field
If you have experience from working within the EV industry that would be awesome, but nothing we expect. Having a genuine interest in renewable energy and a true sense of wanting to fix our planet takes you a long way. We'll help you get up to speed!
