As Global Head of Payroll you will be responsible for processes and systems related to human resource planning, time reporting and payroll at a global level. In close collaboration with local payroll teams in each country, HR and IT you will get the opportunity to take a key role in designing the strategy, system environment and processes that will make us grow efficiently the coming 5 years. Our hope is that you will set us up for new digital initiatives and improvement projects while managing the day-to-day business.
Managing and developing a global payroll function with indirect responsibility for payroll in all our countries (five today and many more to come!)
Oversee and improve workforce planning & reporting tools globally in strong collaboration with IT
Responsibility for payroll and expense processes on a global level
Overall responsibility for relevant IT systems and utilization of potential efficiency gains
Making sure we are compliant with global payroll policies and procedures and that regional payroll are following relevant laws, policies and regulations in each jurisdiction
Your closest team will initially be the Swedish payroll team. A happy bunch consisting of 3 payroll professionals (our European subsidiaries currently have payroll outsourced) and you will report directly to our global CFO Sara Heiner Asplund.

With that said, we have a few things that we find important to succeed in this role:
At least 10 years of experience as a manager within payroll and/or resource planning processes from large organizations, in an international environment
Strong leadership skills and experience from change- and stakeholder management
Experience with resource planning and tools in connection with different collective agreements
Work experience from collective agreement, relevant laws and regulations
Advanced knowledge of payroll or resource planning systems.
Proven results from process improvements, improvement projects and implementation of efficient procedures
Written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
