The demand for solar energy is seemingly endless and the Talent Acquisition team is central for delivering on that need. That is why we are now introducing a brand-new role to our Swedish organization – Talent Acquisition Manager.
Our Swedish market will continue to ramp up in 2023 and this role be key in our continued scaling of Svea Solar in Sweden. The majority of the roles are within our installation organization, but you and your team will also hire plenty of roles within sales and customer support to name a few.
Your direct reports will be a team of three Talent Acquisition Partners, who are responsible for recruitment of roles within our Swedish organization. You will report directly to our Head of HR Sweden and report indirectly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
In your role you will be responsible for setting the strategy in the Swedish market on how to deliver on recruitments, with both efficiency and quality in mind. You will need that out of the box thinking and implement new ideas and ways of working in order to reach our goals.
In collaboration with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for the continued implementation of our global blueprint and ensure TA and Employer Branding initiatives are implemented for the Swedish market. We have ongoing initiatives within areas such as Candidate Experience and Diversity & Inclusion, which you will play a key role in. Being a global company, you will also liaise with your TA-colleagues in Germany, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Needless to say, the TA ambitions at Svea Solar are high and we are looking for that special someone to help us take it to the next level.
Travel within Sweden will be required monthly.
Are we a match?

Several years of experience from leading a high performing TA team
Experience from working with both blue collar and white collar roles in a rapid growth company
Proven leadership skills
Fluent in English and Swedish
