To continue our progress and make more people join the power shift, we need you, a sharp-minded Marketing Automation Specialist, to help us create the best customer journey through intelligent, automated communications.

The role

You will be a part of the Global Marketing team at Svea Solar, reporting directly to Hanna Lundstedt (Global Head of CRM Marketing; she doesn't mind if you check her profile!). The main area of your responsibility is to build and optimize multi-channel, automated journeys to drive sales and customer value. You will primarily work in Salesforce Marketing Cloud in close collaboration with colleagues in Product, IT, Data & Analytics and Marketing across several European markets.

In this role, you'll be a key contributor to developing our CRM marketing automation program in a scalable and efficient way, with the customer and planet at the heart of what you do. If you are looking for a more specific bullet-point list of activities, here it is:

• Build new and optimize existing automated journeys across the customer lifecycle (e.g., prospect conversion, activation, onboarding, loyalty).
• Design flows that enable scalability, learning and optimization across channels.
• Segment the prospect and customer base, create audiences, selection criteria and connect dynamic content.
• Analyze performance; share results, learnings and recommendations to improve.
• Support markets with scheduled newsletters and segmented campaigns.
• Operationally monitor automations to ensure they work as designed.
• Be a superuser of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contribute to setting requirements for future development.

To balance what growth opportunities the role can provide with your current experience, we believe that you should have the following:

• A few years of hands-on experience working with CRM multi-channel marketing automation for the consumer segment (B2C).
• High technical proficiency using marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of relevant coding languages (such as SQL and HTML).
• Fluent skills in English (other languages are meriting).
• Solution-oriented approach to challenges
• Ability to process, analyze and draw conclusions from data as well as continuously monitor results, understand and act to optimize business value.
