CRM Solution Lead - Marketing Cloud

Between 2015 to 2022, we have avoided over 3,84 million tonnes of CO2 emissions, which is equivalent to 748 000 households’ electricity use for one year. To continue our progress and make more people be a part of the power shift, we are looking for our next CRM Solution Lead!
The role
As a CRM Solution Lead, you will be responsible for our Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and solution designs, as well as partner up with the business to create the blueprint of the technical need. As the responsible for the Marketing Cloud platform, you will work closely with the developers and the product owner, to translate the technical blueprint into High level/Low level design, perform lead design/code reviews and follow through build phase and implementation. You are also responsible for building and maintaining a scalable structure that works globally across the company.
In detail:
• Review and analyse business requirements and provide feedback to the functional domain architects and product owners in line with the product vision.
• Document the architecture and design and provide direction to the development teams for implementation.
• Develop the technical solutions on the platform, such as new data points, ingesting or streaming new data or event, integrations, new channels, cloud pages, business rules or plug ins.
• Work with Salesforce developers and IT-teams within Svea Solar to implement the technical solution associated with the requirements following the set architecture and design.
• Perform QA during the build, test and UAT cycle to ensure build quality.
• Plan and setup processes & tools for post-production support.
Your future manager will be the Head of CRM IT Jonny Karlsson, who is responsible for cross-cloud alignment and 360 view of the customer journey.
