Svea Solar is on a mission to rid the world of fossil fuel by making solar energy more accessible! To accomplish our mission, we are going through a larger transformation in our IT environment. Therefore, we are looking for our next Chief Information Officer (CIO) to take our IT organization to the next level!

The role

As Svea Solars new CIO, your focus will be to transform our IT environment (which include our CRM, ERP, IT Support, Data & Analytics) to a smooth running IT Organisation, that can be scaled globally.

You will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy and drive change management initiatives across the organization. You will lead a talented team of IT professionals and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure our technology infrastructure aligns seamlessly with our business objectives.

To summarize, you role will be to:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
• Spearhead change management initiatives to drive the adaption of new technologies and processes across the organization.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with executives and department heads to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Are we a match?

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have proven experience as a CIO or in a similar executive IT leadership role. You should also have a strong background in change management with a successful track record of driving organizational transformation through technology.
