Can you tell us about yourself and your role at Svea Solar?
My name is Victor, and I am 26 years old. I am currently employed as an AC Specialist in the South Region. My role involves reviewing and updating AC standards, conducting safety walks, assessing staffing needs and also participating in the recruitment processes. Additionally, I provide support to the electricians in their daily tasks.
How has your career path at Svea Solar looked like?
I started as a temporary electrician before securing a permanent position. After working as an electrician, I became a regional electrician, which involved office work and installations for both residential and commercial projects. Currently, I work as an AC Specialist and provide internal support for AC-related inquiries.

I can produce sounds that resemble an owl.
What are some of the biggest challenges you face in your role?
I ensure that our standards are communicated to all relevant parties and that they are followed.
