Right now, I am working as a Senior Sales Consultant within Advanced Sales at Svea Solar.
At Svea Solar, many people #growaswegrow and take on new challenges and growth opportunities. In what ways have you grown at Svea Solar?
I started as a Sales Consultant in 2021 and since then have advanced to a more complex sales role as a Senior Sales Consultant. During my time here, I have discovered the true meaning behind our company values and witnessed exceptional leadership, which was a refreshing change from my previous experience in the engineering sector where I spent 19 years before joining Svea. I genuinely believe that Svea Solar is home to some of the most incredible individuals, all united under one roof. This rarity is something I deeply appreciate and treasure.

How come you joined Svea Solar?
I joined Svea Solar because I was dissatisfied with the monotony of my daily work as an engineer. I missed the opportunity to engage with people and make a tangible impact. Prior to joining Svea, I had a short employment with another solar company, where my interest in solar energy was sparked and that's how I came to join Svea Solar.
How do you think a career within our sales department differs compared to other sales departments?
While I can't speak for other sales departments in great detail, I can confidently say that our sales team at Svea Solar possesses an amazing sense of companionship and collaboration. We are highly supportive of one another, fostering an environment where everyone can grow and improve their efficiency. The pressure to perform is ever-present, but it has a positive effect, shaping individuals into remarkable professionals.

Just do it! What's the worst thing that can happen? The best outcome is already known, and we would love to guide you through everything related to solar energy. What's your most memorable moment from your Svea Solar career?
One of my most memorable moments at Svea Solar was when I successfully closed a deal that took us past the 2 billion mark. It was an incredible achievement for our team and a significant milestone for the company.
