If you have applied to one of our office position, you would most likely go through these steps in our recruitment process. But depending on what the role is, there might be some small changes to it.
Office Recruitment Process
Send in you application, either with or with-out a resume but preferably with a LinkedIn link. As long as we get both your e-mail and phone number, we can take it from there!
If you have sent in an resume or with your LinkedIn profile, we will start reviewing it to check if we are a match. If you haven't we will reach out to get a resume or your Linkedin
If you are a match for what we are looking for, a Talent Acquisition Partner will schedule a meeting for a phone/Teams interview
If it feels good for both parties we will ask you to do our assessment test online through our partner Alva Labs, it's going to be both a logical and personality test.
This stage is mostly to see if we are a good cultural fit but of course, it's also to understand your experience better.
Depending on what role you are in the process for, you will either do case presentation or have a technical ddiscussion.
We are using Refapp for our check your references and Verifiera to do a backround check
Once every step in the recruitment process is done and we believe we are a good fit for each other, we will give you an employment offer. If we come to an agreement we will send you the employment contract through Pocketlaw (our e-signature tool) and once you have signed it, you have become our next Power Shifter!⚡✨🎉
