Performance Marketing Manager (Parental leave cover)

We are now seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead our media strategy and paid lead generation - a pivotal role with substantial impact on our company’s future.
This is a parental leave cover position running from 1st of June 2026 until August/September 2027.
About the role
You will work closely with our CMO, Sofia Brandberg, and take full and proactive ownership of driving our paid media performance - from strategic direction and channel allocation to hands on optimization, analysis, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will also collaborate closely with our media agency partner, Precis Digital.
Your mission:
· Take full ownership of Svea Solar’s media investments and performance marketing strategy, leading forecasting, channel planning, media buying, continuous optimization, and performance reporting to ensure every investment drives measurable commercial impact.
· Independently manage performance reporting, turning KPIs and complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide both strategic choices and day-to-day‑ execution in performance channels.
· Own and advance the PPL (pay per lead) strategy, continuously optimizing cost efficiency, partner performance, and the overall contribution of PPL channels to the growth funnel.
· Lead and evolve the SEO strategy within the content scope in partnership with internal stakeholders and external experts, strengthening organic visibility and ongoing optimization across priority topics and pages.
· From a marketing perspective lead campaign planning process and with Content Manager and Senior Graphic Designer ensure impactful execution across channels.
· Own the partnership with our media agency, setting a clear performance agenda, aligning strategy and budgets, challenging media plans, and ensuring seamless execution, rigorous measurement, and continuous acceleration of results across all paid channels.

Are we a match?
We are looking for you who:
· Have experience in advertising strategy, performance optimization, and multichannel campaign execution, ideally gained in high growth or data-driven environments.
· Bring expertise in both online and offline media buying, with additional merit for deep knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, and the broader Google tech stack.
· Are highly experienced in managing large‑scale media budgets and delivering measurable results.
· Have strong analytical capabilities and commercial understanding, grounded in a strategic business mindset.
· Hold an academic background in business, finance, marketing, or another relevant field.
· Have an excellent command of the English language
Bonus points if you:
· Have background in lead‑generating business models is considered meritorious
· Have an excellent command of the Swedish language
