Svea Solar is on a mission to end the use of fossil-fuel based energy by making solar power more accessible to everyone. To succeed in this power shift, we need a lot of capable people joining our journey. This is why People Growth is a crucial part of Svea Solar, we are constantly improving the entire employee life-cycle, from attracting great talents, developing our Powershifters to off-boarding great ambassadors.

Our way of making this possible is that we, as an organization, have a people-first mentality. This solidifies with our Chief HR Officer Hanna Mannberg, who runs the executive management team together with CEO Erik Martinsson. In other words we as an organization is a people-first company.

How we improve the Powershifter life cycle

Talent Acquisition

We see ourselves as a modern TA function, working as partners with our Hiring managers. We are focusing on the entire Talent Acquisition funnel from creating awareness and attracting great people to giving each candidate a good experience through the entire recruitment process.
Learning & Development

At Svea Solar, the Learning and Development (L&D) team supports with the tools, structure and training for our growth. The aim is that each of us understands how we can develop in our roles and based on that take decisions that push us in a direction to make us better and reach our goals.

Culture

Working with culture at Svea Solar is not just about after works, office decorations, theme parties and celebrations. The culture we strive towards is best described by our values that didn’t come about by chance - they are carefully crafted and constantly tweaked to maximize our delivery towards our strategy and chances of ridding the planet of fossil fuels. Working with culture and values means having a hand in everything from Employer Branding, the hiring process, leadership, teamwork, career development and employee experience. Basically all the fun stuff!
