How we improve the Powershifter life cycle
We see ourselves as a modern TA function, working as partners with our Hiring managers. We are focusing on the entire Talent Acquisition funnel from creating awareness and attracting great people to giving each candidate a good experience through the entire recruitment process.
Learning & Development
At Svea Solar, the Learning and Development (L&D) team supports with the tools, structure and training for our growth. The aim is that each of us understands how we can develop in our roles and based on that take decisions that push us in a direction to make us better and reach our goals.
