Big congratulations Anton! What does this award mean to you?
What makes me the happiest is the nomination itself. I was nominated by one of my brilliant colleagues, Linnéa Strand—a gesture that truly touched my heart. ❤️ The feeling of being part of a team where we lift and support each other is the biggest win, and that is what I will associate this award with.
I am speechless that the jury chose me as the final winner. The other nominees have accomplished amazing things, and it made me proud to see my name alongside theirs.
Is there a particular initiative or partnership in the hiring process that you are especially proud of?
I am very proud of my partnerships with my Hiring Managers, all of whom have contributed to this award. I love working with them—not just when everything runs smoothly, but especially when challenges arise. They all have a "Let’s Do This" attitude that inspires me, and for that, I am truly grateful!
What would you say is the key to creating an excellent recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization?
The recruitment experience stands or falls with transparent communication: Who are we looking for? What can we offer? What does the process look like? How do we provide constructive and positive feedback? If all these puzzle pieces fit together, they create an excellent recruitment experience for everyone involved.
When working with internal recruitment, it’s also about representing and promoting the company. What made you choose Svea Solar, and what inspires you to recruit for this company?
I am deeply passionate about contributing to a better society, which was the main reason I wanted to join Svea Solar. I also love working for companies where processes aren’t set in stone, allowing room to develop and improve them together with others.
Knowing that every person we bring on board the Power Shift will play a key role in ridding the planet of fossil fuels is incredibly inspiring. It motivates me every day to, together with my team and Hiring Managers, find the right talent to drive this mission forward.
