The duration of a sales process for solar power can vary significantly, depending on the project and customer. On average, it takes approximately 1 month.

As a sales consultant, you have a base salary, but the majority of your income comes from the commission you earn every month. We don't have a commission limit (the sun is the limit, as we say), and you receive commission for all deals you sign. More detailed information regarding salary will be communicated in the first phone interview.

In the mornings, you usually have a meeting with your team, checking today's mood, focus, and if anyone needs help. Before lunch, you contact new customers (you receive 8-12 warm leads daily). Then you eat lunch with the team; many people from the sales team also go to the nearby gym during lunch. In the afternoons, you usually spend time following up on ongoing dialogues with customers. The sales teams are pros at After Works, so you celebrate your wins together!
