What are some of the key responsibilities in your role as an Installation Lead?
The key to being a good installation lead for me is to listen to the technicians and be on-site as much as possible. I lead with a steady hand and provide clear directives. Lastly, I plan and facilitate their work, ensuring that they have the right information at the right time.
