We're delighted to have you and your competence aboard! How come you joined the Power Shift?
I heard a lot about salespeople achieving incredible results with solar sales in the US. It was a coincidence that I later came across Svea Solar's ad, and it immediately caught my interest.
What do you enjoy the most working as a Sales Consultant?
I love the high pace, the personal responsibility, and the fact that I can directly influence my results.
You have totally crushed your targets since you joined us in January! Can you tell us how you managed to do that?
It's all about high activity levels, setting specific and ambitious goals, and of course coaching from my leaders. I always aim to spend more time on the phone, reaching out to potential clients, than off it. In my third month, I achieved 300% over my target.
What are you most proud of since you joined the Power Shift?
I'm most proud of selling a world-class product.
What’s your number one advice for people working in Sales?
Assume the sale will happen! Always approach every potential customer with the confidence that they will sign up.
What’s the best thing about working at Svea Solar? And what is the most challenging?
The best thing is definitely the team! We have an amazing group of people who support and motivate each other. The most challenging part is keeping up with the constant changes and high demands of the industry.
If you met a Sales top performer in an elevator – what would be your pitch to convince them to join Svea?
Take your sales skillset to another level, make good money, and have lots of fun while doing it.
You have inspired us in many ways, and I think maybe the most inspiring thing is that you have been awarded “Småland’s best performing strawberry seller”. Are there any similarities between selling solar power and strawberries?
Absolutely. You need to show up! Show up every day with a good attitude and good energy. The attitude you share sets the tone for your interactions with prospects. Whether it’s strawberries or solar panels, it’s all about value and customer satisfaction.
