First of all, a WARM welcome to the Power Shift. We're thrilled to have you and your competence aboard! What attracted you to join our solar revolution in the first place?

Thank you! I’ve always had a strong will to work for companies that made it their mission to leave the world better than we found it. After more than 8 years at Apple, clean tech and Svea Solar felt like the right next step.

You've had an amazing career at Apple. What have you learned from your time there that will come in handy in your role as Team Manager?

Working in a global organization, I’ve had the privilege to meet people from different walks of life, backgrounds, cultures, and with different perspectives, which has taught me to disagree but still commit. The more diverse the group, the more diverse the thinking, which means we don’t always see things the same way, and that’s where the magic happens!

Lastly - you've been with Svea Solar for three months now. What is the most fun/wierd thing you've learned about solar?

A fact that humbles me in our everyday work - in just a few seconds enough solar power has reached the Earth to cover Sweden’s electricity needs for a whole year. Every solar panel we deliver is a smalls steps towards utilizing all that clean power.
