What makes a rockstar sales candidate for Svea Solar, and what qualities are you hunting for?

Ah - so being good at Sales depends a lot on your personality! Sounds tricky to evaluate, how do you make sure to get a good understanding for a candidate’s personality?
Just checking your resume won't tell us if you're our next Sales Power Shifter. To really see if this role fits you like a glove, we dig into your personality. Here's how we do it:

What are your most common questions from sales candidates?
💸 What is the salary like? You have a base salary (your commission counts from your first sale) with a percentage-based commission that increases as you reach higher sales volumes. We have no commission cap; the sun is the limit!
🗓️ When is the commission paid out? Your base salary is paid out the same month, while your commission comes trailing, by one month.
🌱 What are the career advancement opportunities like? In our sales department, we offer various career paths, from appointment setting to Inhouse Sales towards business and private costumers, Field Sales, leadership roles, and coaching positions. As a large company with nearly 1100 employees across 6 European markets, there are endless opportunities to Grow as we Grow!
How has the interest in the role been since the Sales Machine project started and you began ramping up your sales department?
Since ramping up our sales department in late November, we've received over 2100 applications for various sales positions. We're thrilled by the interest from so many exceptional candidates.
